  • I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

    Click the “Forgot Password” link on the login page, enter your registered email, and follow the instructions. You’ll receive a reset link immediately.

  • Parents are having trouble logging in. What should I do?

    Ask them to ensure they’re using the correct email address linked to their profile. If issues persist, they can use the password reset option or contact our support team.

  • A payment failed. What happens next?

    If a payment fails, the system will automatically notify the parent and attempt the transaction again. You’ll also see the failed payment in your reports.

  • How do I update my academy’s details (logo, contact info, etc.)?

    Admins can update organization details directly in the Settings section of the dashboard. Changes instantly reflect on your website and app.

  • Can I change or cancel a booking?

    Yes. Admins and coaches can adjust bookings from the dashboard. Parents can also make changes if you allow them through your booking settings.

  • How do I add or remove staff members?

    From the User Management section, you can add new staff, assign roles, or remove inactive members anytime.

  • Are reminder emails and notifications automatic?

    Yes. Yuvoxx automatically sends confirmation emails, reminders, and notifications for bookings, payments, and attendance updates.

  • How can I access reports?

    All reports are available under the Reporting tab. You can filter by program, date range, or specific bookings and export them as needed.
